A biological deodorization system was already installed as an existing deodorization device, but it was insufficient to eliminate the strong odors being generated. The situation had reached a point where operations would have to be halted, prompting the factory to contact us. We conducted a preliminary consultation and testing, confirming that if the deodorization efficiency did not exceed 90%, odors would disperse into the surrounding residential area. The odors were a mixture of sulfur compounds from the eggs and burnt smells generated during the cooking process in the oven.
